Delete my data

You can ask us to delete your report and any TikTok data we hold about you at any time.

Email a deletion request

Or email ben@moveme.tv with the subject "Delete my Scroll and Sleep data" and your TikTok display name.

What happens next

1. We reply within 2 working days to confirm we've received your request.
2. We check it matches your connected TikTok account (by email address or TikTok display name).
3. We delete your report data and any remaining TikTok data within 30 days, and email you when it's done.

TikTok files themselves are already deleted automatically within 24 hours of arriving. You can also remove Scroll and Sleep's access to your TikTok account at any time in TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.
